Description

Tool Valve 150 UHT is a machined stainless steel valve that is inserted through the mould. It has an ultra high temperature copper seal that will operate to 538°C (1000°F). Tool Valve 150 UHT is designed to work with our BBH 1080 hoses.

Directions for Use

• Spot face both sides of tool for valve interface.

• Insert the Tool Valve (with the Gasket on) through the mould.
• Put the backside gasket, washer on the rod.

• Tighten the ¾“-16 Hex Nut by using machined flats.

Notes

• The maximum use temperature is dependent upon the duration at maximum temperature and is process
specific, Airtech recommends testing prior to use.
