Airtech valves and vacuum tubes are specifically designed for use with composite materials. We offer high-temperature vacuum valves and hoses that are specifically designed to meet the needs. They are most commonly used for thermoplastic prepreg fabrication in an autoclave or infusion at 482°C. From quick releases to pressure gauges to regulators to hoses that can withstand high or low temperatures, we have everything you need.
Vacuum valves and hoses are critical, but often overlooked, components of any vacuum bagging operation. Vacuum valves and hoses must provide a leak-proof connection to the vacuum source, be it the autoclave vacuum connection, oven connection, or directly to a vacuum pump to the vacuum bagged assembly through the vacuum valve that penetrates the bagging film.
