Description

Infusion plugs, spiral plugs & infusion clips are inexpensive vacuum bag connectors for resin infusion applications, to connect resin feed & vacuum connection tubing. Infusion and spiral plugs are available with choice of flat base or groove base in 3 different sizes. The flat base version for use with Flowstrip & Resintrak and groove base version for use with Spiral tube & Flowstrip Max products.

The infusion clip has been designed to be easily clipped on a spiral tube and stay vertical thanks to the flat base.

• Select Infusion Plug, Spiral Plug or Infusion Clip to fit tube and spiral employed and position then complete vacuum

bag.

• Cut polyethylene tube and apply wrap of vacuum sealant tape above cut.

• Smooth bag film over the plug and pierce film with angled tube until vacuum sealant seals connection.

• The maximum use temperature is dependent upon the duration at maximum temperature and is process specific.
