PP200 is a thin non-woven release ply that has been heat set on one side. PP200 can be used with
infusion processing for general composite applications such as marine. The micro porous properties
all the resin to easily pass through the material during the infusion process. PP200 can be removed
after cure to leave a textured surface that aids preparation for painting and bonding.
• Leaves a textured surface on the laminate to save time preparing surfaces.
• Good flexibility for easy positioning over shaped parts.
• Can be easily tailored to shape and positioned for faster setup times.

• The maximum use temperature is dependent upon the duration at maximum temperature and is process
specific, Airtech recommends testing prior to use.
• The gloss side of the product should be placed against the part surface for release after cure.
