Description

Stik-Ply® P90P is a polyester peel ply with tracers and a porous acrylic adhesive coating. This peel ply can be applied easily to complex surfaces, such as mold surfaces. The adhesive coating is porous and does allow resin bleed through and so can be used for resin infusion processes.

Benefits

• Acrylic adhesive makes fabric easy to position and avoids the use of a sprayable adhesive.
• Pin stripes make fabric more visible to reduce risk of leaving in place after cure.
• Peel plies strip off of cured laminates leaving a textured surface, reducing time spent hand finishing.

• The maximum use temperature is dependent upon the duration at maximum temperature and is process
specific, Airtech recommends testing prior to use.
• Product adhesive face is wound against a protective liner.
• Please note some adhesive residue may be left on the part.
