Dahlpram® 027 is a cost effective nonabrasive purging compound designed especially for additive manufacturing printers that utilize pelletized feed materials. Dahlpram® 027 can be used over a wide temperature range and works well with all common additive manufacturing resin systems, providing excellent results.

Dahlpram® 027 is ideal for:
• Thermal stabilization on startup
• Material changes
• Melt pump changes
• Colour changes
• Cleaning
• Machine shut down
• The maximum process temperature is process specific. Airtech recommends testing prior to use.
• Direct local ventilation is required when using Dahlpram® 027 purge compound.
• Dahlpram® 027 is a semi-solid above 590°F (310°C).
• For best results, we recommend using non-Airtech purge material for purging Dahlpram® 027
before printing Dahltram® S-150CF.
