Teflease MG2E Yellow in an extruded, PTFE film coated with a silicone adhesive. It has superior tensile strength, elongation and abrasion resistance.
Teflease MG tapes will release from most resin systems. They are ideal for use on tooling blocks and all areas where high elongation and release is needed. Teflease MG tapes will form to critical contours and mould surfaces while offering multiple releases. They provide a semi-permanent release on cured Airpad tooling rubber and Aircast 3700 pressure intensifiers and mandrels.
• High visibility colour makes removal easier to inspect and reduces risk of leaving tape in place.
• Extruded PTFE has smoother finish for better quality parts, and superior strength for longer life.
• Provides semi-permanent release and a superior surface finish, saving time and improving quality.
