Release Ease® 234 TFP is a porous PTFE coated glass fabric which will provide release from all conventional resin systems. Porous products will allow excess resin, volatiles and trapped air to escape into the breather during cure while non-porous products will retain resin. Release Ease® products have a continuous service temperature to 288°C (550°F).
Release Ease® 234 TFP-HP has reduced PTFE content for increased porosity.
Release Ease® 234 TFP-1 has reduced thickness of 40 μm (0.0016 inch).
• Porous PTFE coating makes fabric much easier to remove off of cured laminates, resulting in time saved.
• Release Ease® strips off cured laminates leaving a textured surface, reducing time spent hand finishing.
• Fibreglass retains its strength through high temperature use for easier removal after cure.
