Description

Dahlar® Release Bag tubular vacuum bag film is self-releasing for direct contact with prepreg for fabrication of hollow parts such as hollow stringer, ducts, masts, bicycle components, etc. It exhibits superior strength, temperature resistance and vacuum integrity. Dahlar® Release Bag exhibits excellent release and is also available in gusseted tubing (GT). Thanks to the gusset folding, it is easier to position accurately in hollow parts. Upon application of pressure, the bag will easily expand to fit to the shape of the part which is very useful in applications where there are variations in the part diameter. This development ensures even application of internal pressure in cases of small diameter parts, where the insertion of a standard lay flat tube bagging film can be problematic.

Storage	Recommended Storage temperature is 5°C to 40°C (41°F to 104°F)at no less than 25% relative humidity. Store indoors in original packaging, do not stack rolls on end.
Usage	Optimal usage conditions are in a Relative Humidity range from 50% to 60%rh. Nylon based vacuum bag films are sensitive to humidity, remaining soft at higher %rh and at risk of become stiffer in low %rh, see "Hydrate bagging films" TDS.
