Description

GS Xtreme HT is a state of the art ultra-high temperature vacuum bag sealant formulated and designed specifically for extreme temperature thermoplastic and thermoset processing. This sealant is structurally reinforced with heat stabilizing fillers, and has great adhesion to Airtech's high temperature Thermalimide film. GS Xtreme HT gets tackier when heated. GS Xtreme HT is ideal for autoclave cure cycles from 176°C (350°F) to 427°C (800°F).

Storage	The ideal storage conditions are to keep the product in its original sealed case at 22°C (72°F) in a dry environment, ensuring the case remains upright. The product may be stored intermittently at temperatures ranging from 5°C (40°F) to 40°C (104°F).

Notes

• Surface should be clean and dry for maximum bond.
• For clean removal, it is recommended to strip the tape from the mold surface once it has cooled down to room
temperature.
• The maximum use temperature is dependent upon the duration at maximum temperature and is process
specific, Airtech recommends testing prior to use.
• Cotton gloves are recommended when using product. Change gloves immediately after handling product.
• Product is not considered hazardous to skin, however wash hands before eating. Do Not Take Internally.
