Toolmaster® TB-BMI-G48 are high temperature tooling board fabricated from high quality woven carbon fabric and bismaleimide (BMI) resin. Tooling boards are supplied with peel ply on each side to provide surfaces suitable for bonding once removed.
• Longer tool life as laminates have high thermal oxidative stability and resistance to microcracking.
• Accurate parts of higher quality tooling with matched CTE & Tg of face sheets and support structures.
• Easier tool builds with superior laminate quality due to improved manufacturing technology.

Uses:
• Lay-up mold back-up structures, stiffening ribs, assembly & bonding fixture, and shop aides.
• The maximum use temperature is dependent upon the duration at maximum temperature and is process
specific, Airtech recommends testing prior to use.
